In compliance with the article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union dd. May 29, 2014 and paragraphs 4 and 37 of the Protocol on non-tariff regulatory measures against third countries (Annex No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union dd. May 29, 2014), the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has ruled:
- In paragraph 1.7, section 2.6 of the list of goods subject to the administrative procedure for import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (Annex 2 to the Decision No. 30 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dd. April 21, 2015), the words "from 0511 99 852 9" shall be replaced by the words «0511 91 909 0».
- This Decision shall come into force upon the elapse of 30 calendar days from the date of its being officially published.
